Great news, Raj. Do let us know when it appears in your fedex tracking ... it'll give an idea of how long it takes after a visa is approved. Do you know your exact DC date by any chance?

I just called DC and the lady told our visa was printed and should get it by Monday(FEDEX)

PP on the road!!!

I checked my FedEx tracking number and seems like, it has been picked up from DC at 1:32PM EST. Also, I called the DC office and was told that the visa was issued. My wait time was just 5 minutes. But, I am still not sure whether I got thru or not..only the passport package would clear my doubt. An iota of grief thats it... Hope everyone will start receiving from this weekend onwards...Good Luck people.

I called up DC too and the wait time was only 10 minutes ... I'll let out the secret of 'less wait time' later...

I got the same 'raag' about how it takes 3 months from DC date ..and that my PP was received 'end of July'. The last time I called up the lady was kind enough to tell me the exact date.
Moral of the story ... no use calling DC, just check your fedex.

Now for the secret ...which has 2 caveats ... if you call after 4:15 pm you wait time will usually be less than 10 minutes (I guess cause it's not too far from the closing time, so less people call)

First caveat ... like the 'efficient' markets .. evertbody will now start calling after 4:15 and the wait time may increase (which is why I was wary to reveal it)

Second Caveat ... usually, it is the 'unhelpful' lady at this time ...you'll get the same thing parrotted again (3 months ...blah blah), it's not worth even spending a minute waiting for that.

I should get it tomarrow . But not sure FEDEX Delivers on Saturday? Can anybody confirm on this.

I just checked Fedex for my status and looks like it went out at 11 today morning. I should be getting it tommorow.
I hope they are sending me my visa.... not an RFE or rejection

Congrats! I believe it depends on whether you selected 'saturday delivery' option while preparing the return airbill. I know I didn't, cause I never imagined that it would come to a stage where it would make a difference

Finally 90 days of wait paid off!! Got my PP today around 12:50PM and checked typos etc...everything looks fine. Thank God! great relief.

Hello All,
Finally I received my passport today morning at 9:00AM. Everything looks fine!!

One bad thing is, all my documents got wet including passport. I may have to call FEDEX and ask them. Not sure how it got exposed to rain.?
