July I-140 Tracker

I guess we will see some by December / Januray ,

after Christmas I guess

Substitute labor question

I have applied I 140 using a substitute labor, can I concurrently file 485 now even though it is substitue labor ?
 
Hi

I have finally got my labor approved am planning to apply I140/I485. Is it possible to hold off I485 by delaying Finger prints untill i get married. or how can i hold off I-485 for some months.

Yes
You can simultaneously file for I140/I485/I765/I131.

I would suggest to get a lawyer to help you. Its a wonderful opportunity for you, Atleast 2-3 years will be saved and since things are going to be faster, you will get your Green Card within the over all span of 1.10 years.

Finally got approved, Unbeliveable

Actually folks I was not expecting my I-140 approved so soon. I do not know what to say

Today i spoke with my attorney, he informed me that he received a notice from INS saying that it would take a long long long time for I-140 to get approved if not applied with I-485. It would be faster if applied along with I-485. I have also noticed from the approvals posted here that most of the approved I-140s are only for those who applied for I-485 aswell. I guess CP is going to be longer then AOS now.

Any one out there who got I-140 approval without filing for I-485??

I 140 with CP Option

Does anybody know how long it takes for I 140 to be approved
if filed with CP Option.

I got a receipt for filing on Aug 1'ST 2002.

I read on this site that it is taking a longer time for people with CP Option.

hi,

I guess u r right .......mine is EB1 I140 (rd:07/15/03) with cp option.....by reading on forum I guess concurrent are process faster than ours....
