Trini,
That release may not be accurate. I filed I130 for sibling that was delv on Aug 7th and the checks are still not cashed. I am not sure what to make of this situation.

Hey don't shoot the messenger. This is what USCIS post then I post it. Maybe you should call them to see what's the hold up. As you can see in my signature I received my recepits.
