Hi friends....

Today I have checked AVM....my case, my wife and son's cases have been approved...

RFE response received 08/05/02 and approved on 08/07/02...

my details...
PD 07/02/01
RD 07/02/01
ND 08/17/01
FP 03/07/02
RFE 07/21/02
RFE Received 07/23/02 (emp letter, 2001-tax forms, paystubs and photos for my son)
RFE response received by INS 08/05/02
Approved 08/07/02

In between (06/21/02) I have received a letter from INS saying that my case has been transferred to NewarK local INS. I think that was a INS mistake.


I haven't receive a letter of approval from INS. I have to see whether I have to go to Boston INS or Newark INS for PP stamping.
