Heard yesterday at 5:15 PM that mine and my wife\'s cases for AOS approved on March 8, 2002. Until Sunday afternoon, i got the same old message : On January 18th, we received your fingerprint results and processing has been resumed on this case....."

I tempted to post my details yesterday itself, but just want to double check with IIO about the approval.

Just now, (03/12/2002)talked to IIO and reconfirmed about my approval. Yes, it was approved on March 8, 20002. Tried to check for my wife as well but IIO rejected to tell anything about her as she is not present in the phone call.

Mr Another_wish, let me wait until I receive the approval notices to update my status in the trackers.

Also was your I-140 approved for CP or AOS.

Sorry, it is a typo, we haven\'t into 02-257 yet.

It is EAC-01-257-5XXXX

I-140 approved for AOS
