July bulletin?

they would need to do more moppin than that. May I suggest some "guest workers" be hired to provide extra help with all the moppin effort as it stands "Americans" are really not keen on doing that kind of stuff. lol

Your comment is funny but wish that, it doesn't come true. Because, if USCIS
has to bring guest workers to mop the visa numbers, then it will take more # of years than just the natives mopping it. :D

What I meant to say is, guest worker program may be years away.

How about giving the job as an off shore project?
 
Where is July 2006 bulletin ?

Something is fishy. Most probably there is no movement in EB3 category for INDIA and very minor movement in the same category for other countries.

I wish/pray/hope that my worst fear proves out to be FALSE.

Every one is waiting patiently for July 2006 VISA bulletin...No one has clear picture of EB3 category demand...USCIS has approved very less Eb3 cases..Now, in coming 3 months I wish that USCIS will understand the demand and jump priority dates of every categories...

I485 approved date == ???????? LUD changed May4, 2005 after FP, Lud changed July 1, 2005, July 5,2005.
FP = May3, 2005 (code 3)
EAD1 RD = Oct. 8,2004 Approved November 10,2004
AP1 RD = Oct. 8,2004 Approved November 16,2004
EAD2 RD = Sep. 1,2005 Approved September 8,2005
AP2 RD = Sep. 1,2005 Approved September 9,2005

Hopefully USCIS will post it by this Friday. Usually I am not pessimistic, but I don't know why, this time, I have a bad feeling about this delay.
