I wonder if VSC processes all cases that have ND during the first week of the month faster. If that were the case, people filing their 485 during the first week or even the first couple of days of the starting of the month get approved faster than the people filing at the end of the previous month.

Just a comment. I am not sure of the validity of this statement.

EB2, Country Others, RD 7/6/00,ND 7/18/00, No RFE, Called IIO around June 15. Was informed Case Under Review. Another 45 to 60 days.

I guess VSC is working mostly on EB3 pending cases (\'99).
My case is still pending as per IIO two days back.
Details: EB2, RD 06/30/00, ND 07/12/00, EAC00-219-xxxxx.
FP 11/00.

I spoke to an II last week (Care). She told me that now SC is handling with ID of August\'2000. According to her, they always goes by
ID (received date). I asked her, when can I expect mine will be approved? She told me that two months at the most three months.
My ID is Sep 21\' 2000 and ND is Oct 19\'2000. Hope, this will help!!!
