July Approvals

My RD is 07/31/01
ND is 07/31/01

The web site says ins is processing 08/01/01 but my avm says you finger printing received and process is resumed when can i expect my approval
 
My RD is 7/30. Still waiting .ND 9/25. I think almost all July cases have been approved. Any pending cases please respond

Called IIO July 1 and was told case is assigned to officer and I should hear something within 6 to 8 weeks.
I have called IIO's before and all they told me was case is pending. I don't know how long my case has been with an officer.
But it's been at least 1 week and AVM still says FP recv'd Jan 14 and processing resumed.

RD 07/09 ND 08/23 FR dec

Spoke with IIO several times. On May 9th, I was told that my case is with an officer. Still waiting, I don't understand how long it will take. I am afraid they have dumped August cases to officers on top of what they already have. There are many August approvals today, I hope we will not be left out. Last time I even asked the IIO, If they are processing August ND cases why there are Sept and Oct ND cases approved? and the answer was "you can't compare like that, each case is different".

I gave up and I had applied for EAD renewal.

Looks like there aren't many July Guys. I think once u don't go with the flow of approvals you are stuck. It,s just plain frustating
