July approval in Rupnet?!?

I just received an e-mail from Rupnet and checked. Someone there has posted an approval with an RD of 7/31/02. EAC 02-252-xxxxx. Can any of you guys confirm?
 
I Hope its true can this Lucky person come out in open. We would like to congratulate him.
I have also seen a MAY 2002 RFE in NSC board and its like a genuine one as the concerned person has posted it.

If this is going to be the trend then its good news

I'm still here..and waiting. I just read (and post) less because I try to put the whole green card thing out of my mind in the hope that it will arrive quicker! I'm not sure that it's working though :)
 
Could be possible that case was transfered to local INS. Some of my colleagues cases got transfered within a 2 months of applying and since local office took 7 months to schedule their interview, they got 485 approvals within 8-9 months. Though they were worried initially hearing about the transfer, it turned out great for them. Are they lucky or what!!
 
When BCIS or INS reviews I-140, they do not necessarily follow the order first in first out. Why do we expect they do strictly with I-485. Is it because of much higher volumn? Since people with other catergories will need go through this AOS? Another thing puzzles me is why they allow concurrent filing, while the process, procedure and the timeline essentially remain the same.

I am surprised AG and Scotgirl still browse these forums..I can understand SG as she is still waiting, but AG ???:confused:
