Hi Everyone
My friend\'s case is approved today. His RD was 07/05/2001 and ND was 08/21/2001. FP 11/27/2001 . EB3, India and PD was June 1999.

my RD is 6th july... waiting ....

I checked the AVM at 8.00 pm EST today and heard the magic word approved.

EAC 01-251-xxxxx

RD 07/05, ND 08/21, FP 11/27, AD 03/14.

My RD IS 07/02/2001 and still waiting.

I think within the RD Month, INS is giving preference to the PD date / year.

If you look at all the approvals so far, RD dates have varied thru\' out the month of July, but the common factor of all of these approvals have been that their PDs have been in 1999. So guys with PD in 2000 will have to wait until all PDs from 1999 are done.

I think you\'ll get the approval before I do - RD 2/7, but PD 2000. Maybe its stuck with a sleepy guy, who\'ll wake up. But, do you agree that all July RD approvals are from year
