Are you saying that you initiated inquiry on 21st on your I-140 ? Can you
elaborate on above statement as to what you did and what your lawyer
did ?

I called 1800 number and initiated inquiry and then my lawyer sent a mail to USCIS ON 23rd Mar, 2004
I called emergency number also but they said ask your lawyer to call US ...
any way I am happy atleast 140 is approved...

I thought 800 number was just automated response system. Did you have
to talk to a live person to initiate inquiry ?
