When did you get RFE? Was the name check done before your 140 approval?

Actually there was two RFE's One came on Mar 05 asking for Companies Tax statements, Audit reports etc. Replied for first RFE in Apr 05 and came the second RFE immiediately (one week) asking for all my W2's and pay slips from Labor filing date to current (2001 - 2004). I guess because my company is small and may be USCIS is not convinced with the tax reports submitted in the first RFE and hence requested for all W2's and pay slips. I got the approval in one week of replying to 2nd RFE.

I don't know status of my I-485 or Name check. I will find out this week the status of I-485. I am sure I have to wait till Oct till we get new quota for Fy06 for EB3.
