First FP done today

I got my first FP done today! :cool:

Few weeks back I received FP notice for me and my wife. The date was for 9/25. That is today! I asked my lawyers to reschedule my wife's because she is out of country. But some stupid guys (I don't know whether it is my lawyers or BCIS) rescheduled for both of us. I got rescheduled notices (for October 22nd) couple of days back. I still went today.

I had to wait for 2 hours in line. Appointment time doesn't mean a thing!

Waiting for the D-Day now!
 
FP1 results sent to BCIS

Just to bring this thread up!! Is there no activity for July 2003 filers???

I just checked with FBI, my FP1 results were sent to BCSI on the say day (9/25)
 
No LUD change or message changes

Hi all
I completed my 1FP , but there is no change in LUD as well as message on the web site. called up FBI .prints were sent back to CIS on the same day
Still :confused: on the process of USCIS

Hi friends,

I did FP on 09/09/04 ( Scheduled no 09/01/04). LUD change on 09/16/04 saying FP Received. After that it changed on 09/28/04 and 09/29/04. no change on I-485 message.

I don't knw wht s gong on ? DId any one experience same thing ?

LUD Changed

LUD changed on 10/06, message is same which says

'On September 30, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.'
 
Here are my details:
ND for 140/485 - 07/08/03
140 AD: 04/09/04
FP1 Done: 08/21/04
485 AD: ????
LUD: 08/25, 08/30, 08/31, 10/06.
Message is still the same:
"results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

Another strange thing, I never got an email on 10/06 after my case was touched. Good luck to all of us.
 
Same with me.

My LUD also changed to 10/06/04 and same message as you have about FP results received. Of course, earlier the FP received message and processing resumed message showed Aug 30 and now it shows Sep 1. Thats the only change. Lets keep our fingers crossed.
 
My LUD Changes

My LUD changed on 09/05/04,10/8/04,10/11/04. Message did not changed. Still says FP received and they will notify me when the case will be approved.

Hope I get the approval soon.

LC PD 09/17/2001.

My RD&ND of I-140 & I-485 matches with yours. I-140 AD 04/28/2004
I did my FP on 9/25/2004. My LUD changed as follows 10/06/2004,10/07/2004 & 10/15/2004 but the message remains the same.

I wanted to know if similar change occured on you case too. Let me know
