Completed 2 stages 1 more to go .... ( Phew .)

on Sept 22 RFE issued on wife EAD application
Have still not got the details of RFE

News about RFE

Atleast VSC moved, My wife got RFE and it was for passport and bigraphic information. Submitted the details to lawyer
 
Any idea ????

My lawyer has submitted all the documents for RFE but the online Status still talks about RFE .

Any ideas when will the Status Change

I am sad because I am still waiting for any change on my case :confused:

What next to be done by me

What is happening at VSC?

No EAD no Advance Parole

RD :07/22/2003 (both)

It is now 136 days since the receipt past the apply date and the web site still show no change other that admission of getting the application

I some times wonder how things work in VSC. It is like an enigma.

I think we should call VSC as the eight wonder of the World?

My wife got the approval as well as card in hand and I have not moved an inch forward.

On Nov 1 ,2003 I called put a status inquiry, Till today I have not got an reply back to that inquiry.
On Dec 1 2003 lawyer office called VSC and opened one more inquiry.

Please advice what next I should do
may be contact local senator

What is happening at VSC?

Twice I have opened status inquiry, Till today I have not got an reply back to that inquiry.
