I guess they are not starting a whole new case.
Well, I am not sure if they usually do that but on my RFE they said after they receive a reply"it will take a minimum 14 days to process your form. If you have not heard from us within 60 days, then you may contact... etc" . I guess all RFEs are different. My lawyer said: the faster you send a reply to RFE, the faster final decision is made.Originally posted by ved
I don't think any one know the answer for this... it can be seen only in your status/letter sent to you by BCIS.
even in my case it is the same, it says 30 t0 360 days to process this kind...blah!!...blah!!!, and it also say it may take less than maximum since the preliminary processing is done... something like that...
