I hoped I will be approved without second FP, but not..
Received FP notification on 03/12/04 scheduled for 04/13/04.
Went ahead and did it next day.

My RFE was regarding medical immunization form I-963, which immigration doctor forgot to submit to the BCIS after my initial exam.
I had to go to that medical office again and get the copy of I-963 from their system and send it.
Despite the fact, that med. staff didn’t apologize for the mistake everything was nice and quick.

Oh, and forgot to tell that my online message was quickly changed to that:
“On March 12, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing….”

There is nothing about my 2FP as of yet.

The site shows that your response to RFE was received on .....

I got the FP2 notice, did an early FP and site still show the same message about RFE received.
Is this normal ?

There have been quite few people, for whom that happened. That doesn't mean anything.
