IFM, your case is an anomaly...

Most folks outside of the Bay Area got their FP notices in end of Oct/sometime in Nov timeframe. Check PCee\'s list for FP dates for folks outside the Bay Area. Your FP notice seems to have gotten lost somewhere. I have some questions for you :
1) What does your AVM say?
2) Did you tell the IIO that you have not even received your FP notice? Did the IIO know that? Sometimes they may help in chasing that down.

Folks have discussed previously about Levels of Fax numbers. Unfortunately I don\'t recall the details. Search this site for Fax # info or post a new thread where other folks can read it and help you with the info if you don\'t already have it.
Don\'t just sit tight and hope that the FP notice will come. Go chase it. Wish you luck with your FP notice.
 
Guys, please post your FP location also. That helps in FP tracking...

I recommend that folks new to the board review the summary on PCee\'s site and post all the info that PCee tabulates there. Thanks in advance.

My FP location was Santa Ana. Country is India. WAC 01-275-XXXX. PD is 11/00. EB3 and Processing resumed 1/12/02

Thanks Dee Rod for your feedback. I did check the FP dates for folks in Phx location & every one except one case has not recd the FP notice.
Here\'s the answers to your Q\'s:
   Q1) What does your AVM say?
   Ans. Case has been received
   Q2) Did you tell the IIO that you have not even received your
      FP notice? Did the IIO know that? Sometimes they may help in
      chasing that down.
   Ans. I did tell the IIO that I have not recd my FP notice. She
        wasn\'t very cooperative and insisted that all she can say
        that it is pending and under review. I\'ll try calling back
        again (if I\'m lucky to get thru) and faxing again.

I\'ll chase this issue down with my lawyer ASAP.

No FP yet???

I have exactly the same RD and ND as Sam_485, but I have not yet received my FP notification. My got got it (jan 31) and had it done, although I am the principle applicant!!
This is sick. I hate INS.
I tried everything I could - called CSC, my lawyers sent inquiries etyc. but not reply.
 
How to chase FP??

I agree that sitting tight won\'t help in getting FP. But what can I do? Any suggestions? I already called CSC onec (you know how hard it is to reach them). My attorneys are chasing this too, but I cannot depend on them.

Hi,
From what I hear, the post office wont forward it. You have to submit a change of address to the INS and once INS gets it back, you can request them to send it to you.
