July 2001 !! Still waiting!!Advise

have a RD of july 23 with EAC 012645**** . I have done my FP in Jan . I am still waiting for AVM approval ..but the message says same. I was silent observer on this website ...but now i am realy concerned what's going on? I wanna see how many folks with RD of july are in same boat .

Please reply so that we can keep a track who gets approval now.
I reapplied my EAD today which was expiring in Sep 18th

Should I call INS?
Should I extend my EAD?

When 30th July cases will be approved? Unfortunately most of them have Sept ND....as per the board, they are processing Aug 1st ND cases? When can they reach to Sept cases?

When can we expect approvals?

July_23, my case has same RD, ND as yours.
My RD: July 23, 2001, ND: Sep. 7, 2001, My case ID: EAC-01-264-53xxx. But My fP is Mar. 26, 2002.
I called VSC many times, was told everytime that my RD is Sep.7, not July 23, everything is fine with my case but still not assigned, and they are still working on Aug. 1, 2001, I should hear something within 90 days. That is my story.

waiting after finger prints .. I did not apply for EAD renewal as see no use for it at present. I did apply for my spouse's EAD renewal which got approved in < 30 days.

INS is driving us crazy ......its just that when u see August cases getting imporved ...u think ....why the hell July cases are pending

I am keeping my fingres crossed ...need to hear approved word soon .

Another July 2001 application...

Congrats July 23rd...

Here are my details :

PD : July 2000

I-485
RD : 07/19/2001
ND : 09/04/2001
FP : 03/27/2002

Will be completing a year on 19th. Still waiting.
Current EAD expires Sept '02, applied for another one and rcvd. the new one, valid until Sept '03.
