How could I not be on it

Here we go again

Jul 15 Heard AVM Intent to deny notice mailed on Jul 12 2002.

Jul 19 Recieved NOID (Requesting I485A and 1000.00 each for anyone over 17)

Jul 19 Applied for EAD renewal.

Jul 26 Sent I485A and 2 cks for 1000.00 (Self and Spouse)

Aug 05 recieved new EAD card valid till Sep 19 2003.

Aug 07 AVM changed Fees recieved and processing resumed

Aug 13 Checked Online Banking and discovered checks for self and wife encashed

Aug 22 AVM still says processing resumed

WILL THIS WAIT EVER END??????

Long waiting

INS says it mailed a RFE notice on May 23rd which never reached us until June 20th. So i called and talked to an IIO and got copy of RFE mailed on June 25th. I received it on June 28th (not my lawyer) and we replied on July 1st. INS received it on July 9th. Since then waiting to hear from INS.

Called IIO after 4 weeks, she said it will be another 2-3 weeks until i hear anything. But it is almost 7 weeks now no news.
 
What did you recieve an RFE for kalluris?

My RD IS July 30. On August 20 They issued an RFE. Still waiting for it to arrive in the mail. It is past one yr since I applied for GC. And now the RFE.... What can I say...

My RFE was for two W2s' and 3 pay stubs. I fully understand your situation. It's INS .... we con't say anything except for waiting.
 
Yesterday was 1 year Anniversary

It is 1 year since my RD( 27th Aug 2001). I just spoke to an IIO She said it is back to adjudication and i should hear in about 2-3 weeks (???????).

Tired of waiting....

RFE was medical - doc had forgotten something
RFE response recd AVM 6/24/2002

I spoke to the IIO on 8/23, said it may take another 2-4 weeks.

How long (how many weeks) does INS give to respond to RFE during the ending of 485?

Looks like mine and your RFEs were generated on the same day (May 23rd). Any news from your side? I called twice since July 9th (INS received my response) and have been told by IIOs that it may take another 2-3 weeks (both times).

Let's see.

RFE: 8/01/02.
RFE : Employment.
RFE Response received by INS: 8/16/02.

and still waiting.....:( :(

Anyone called IIO recently regarding RFE responses???
