INS is already doing so many stupid things nowdays, I don\'t think they will first sort by RD, then PD, then whatever.......NO NO.....

all the EB2 EB3 applicants are treated same as long as the priority dates are current.....they pick the applications from a pool of applications sorted by month....it could be an end of month application or the begining of the month...it is all depends on your luck in that pool of applications sorted by month.....

The theory of approving applications by PD doesn\'t hold true, as we already seeing some EB3 approvals with PD in 2000 and I\'m with PD 6/99 and RD 7/5 still waiting....
