I saw that you did an inqury on March 8. My lawyer said I should wait until the processing date has passed my date for a month. Apparently, you did inqury without passing a month. May I know how you did it, by yourself or lawyer? by calling custom service or emergency number? what kind of response you got?

I don't know the LUD for my FP result ( I think I should have one for that). The reason is: I built my account after October 27, 2004, so the first LUD I saw is: 10/27/2004.
I think the LUD for my FP should be around the day: 09/09/2004, since then the message for my I-485 has been changed into:
"On September 9, 2004, Your finger print result has been received, thus your case ... resumed."
From this forum, I saw many persons have these two
mass update LUD for their I-485: 10/27/2004 and 01/12/2005.
Based on some previous experience from this forum, although the RD has not passed the JIT date by 30 days,
you can still have a try for the status of your I-485.
I called the "emergency number" on March 8 ( you can search the forum, many posts contain these 2 numbers), and one nice lady picked up the call. She told me that "your case is with an officer, you should hear something within 1-2 weeks".
Just as expected, after a weekend, the good news comes.
It is a little bit weird that you do not have any mass-update LUD for your I-485. Good Luck!
