July 13/01 RD and August 28/01 ND case approved

Hey Guys,
I am not on the tracking list here but here are my details.

PD: 12/99
EB3-India
MD:7/11
RD: 7/13
ND: 8/28
WAC 01-269-XXXX
CSC
Got Interm EAD from Santa Ana after 6 months from RD
Original EAD card approved in 11/15/01
FP Scheduled : 11/24/ Buena Park
FP Done on the same day
Talked to FBI about the FP. Was told that FP were sent INS the same day on 11/24.
Got AP 1/25/2002 ( I am not sure why it tool so long)
AVM updated Dec, 29 Process Resumed
Talked to IIO on 2/26 just in case.
IIO has no idea about the case. She informed me the
same thing as AVM message. Not helpful at all. Even asked whether case has been assigned to officer. She has no clue.

Approval notice came home for me and wife on 2/28/

Thats my story.

I was not sure there is a tracking list month by month. Nothing else. You can say I am a bit lazy.
 
Why Interim EAD after Original EAD??

Hi Blhablha,

Question: As per your posting the Original EAD was approved on
11/15/01. Why did get another "Interim EAD" after 6 months from
RD, which is 01/13/2002? Just Curious. As far as I know, original
EAD is valid for 1 year.

Checked AVM this morning, not updated. However received approval notice for me and mywife today in the mail.

ND Aug 23
RD Jul 03
AVM changed to processing on 11 Jan 02
I am on the PCees July list as well. Please update

Office hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. On Thursday, the office is open from 7:00AM to 12:00 Noon.

Search for field offices INS URL and you will get any office you are interested in.
 
courtesy copy/original copy?

Just coutesy copy of approval notice is enough to get passport stamped or I need to wait until original copy arrives from Lawyer?

I got the same WAC-269 ..as same as your first three digits
but I am in EB-2...don\'r know how long does it take to get approve..
anyway...same words from the bottom of my heart..
