July 10 RD called IIO today

Folks, just to share I called IIO and got connected within 10 minutes. This is my 1st call. She said my case is "pending review". As ambiguous as it sounds I asked her if its assigned to officer. She said "Its assigned but she might not be working on it as we speak". She asked me to check back in 2 - 3 weeks. I also confirmed my address changed which my lawyer did by filling out a form.

I wouldn\'t have called IIO but due to uncertainity in projects and the economy I did. My ND is Aug 28th. My PD is Aug 00. One of my colleagues also did call with same dates as mine to be informed "Case is assigned".

BTW, one of my friends who works with Rapidigm got approved. His RD is Aug 14 and ND is Aug 18. I am not faking it. Its freaking unbelievable to have dates so close. But its true. He does not post here. Hope this is helpful.
 
Abapper, the ND could not be so close.

Almost all of the RDs in August has at least one month before they receive their NDs. Do u think it could be 9/18 instead of 8/18?

You are not that smart to blame others depending on your dates. Let me know about your comments regarding the data here which I collected from this site: I am posting only the first 2 or 3 entries of each Aug RD.

Hope you have noticed the alloted ND dates for these August RDs. I just posted the first 2 or 3 entries for each Aug RD dates. Lets say there are 25 entries for 08/01/01 RD. The NDs of these Rds are like:
The first 1 or 2 has Aug Nds, next 22 to 24 has Sept NDs and then last 1 to 3 has Oct NDs.

This is how all Aug RDs are. See the first entries of Aug 15th RD:

SANWAD---08/01/99 08/15/01 08/28/01 ??
gurunadh------------------08/15/01 10/05/01 01/30/02 EAC-02-010-5xxxx,NJ
From here all are Oct NDs for this Aug 15 RD.

As you go up further, for Aug 30th: in 20 entries, the first 13 will be Oct Nds and remaing are Nov Nds.

So all the RDs are this way. Hence don\'t blame any approvals. The NDs for each RD are in an order: So may be the case with other month RDs also.

I don\'t come here everyday to post fake messages. Just FYI for people who want to know. I definitely know this is true. BTW, Ripley\'s believe it or not should also contain the INS processing.

Cool down dude. I just got approved 3 weeks ago. My details are as follows

RD 7/6/01
ND 8/22/01
AP/EAD – end of Aug for spouse and 1st of Sept for me.
FP 12/15/01
AD 04/09/02

EAC-01-252-xxxxx

your approval is on its way. Do not panic. Just ignore it for a week or so and you will hear the magic words. I did the same. I was tracking my case on a daily basis till 4/1 here on this web site.

After 4/1, I just decided to check on my approval status once a month and kept quiet. and to my surprise, I recd this email from my lawyer about the approvals on 4/17 and recd the approval notices on 4/19.

Also, what you write about your friend, can not be true. RD and ND can not and will not be so close. Your friend is lying for sure.

As far as your case is concerned, i think you should be getting your approval very sooooooooooon.

I am not panicking about this stuff. I am already a Canadian citizen. I just post here because I does help a lot of people. I obtained a lot of info just by browsing this site.

Again, believe it or not I do re-affirm what I posted. I do not want to drag this discussion but he is a very close friend and this is true.
