Lets keep a track of who have and who have not received 2nd FP Notice for July 2002 filers and whose FP1 was in Sep 2002. This way we can have an rough idea for FP2.

Following is the statistics of user ids between waiting for FP2 vs FP2 don.

Waiting FP2.
----------------

SKY_DROW, HARIYAALI, LAHARI2, SPEEDKING and BEN12.

Either got FP2 Notice or FP2 done.

GJULY_GC, SAN_1, EAD485, OMGV, SCOTGIRL, MEDPHARM13,
AG28 and MANU_RE.

Conclusion : Most of the July 02 filers with Sep 02 FP1 got FP2.
very few are waiting for FP2. No idea with these cases.....
