The IO was very quick in going over the yes/no questions and asked me to write the answers in a paper for 10 questions - which I gave in less than a minute.
She signed the letter and congratulated me and told me that I will get the certificate at the time of oath probably next month.
It was mere formality and like many others mentioned, if you dont have any criminal records or anything else, you don't have to worry at all.
