Just wondering, did you got ur FP notice? Call customer service and ask for TIER II officer and they will connect you to TSC. This might expedite ur FP process. Good luck.
 
When I called Tier II is not TSC. They told me that Tier II cannot connect you to TSC, they can only send a fax to TSC.
