Can somebody please give me details on the process after FP done till I485 approval?

Does INS require anything before they grant your I485 approval after you get FP done?

Right now I filed I485 for more than 6 months and I already did FP, if I want to change job now, how do I make sure it\'s legally same
or similiar job? In whcih case INS will require current employment verification? It is oly happen if they give me interview or happen
all the case?

Please help! I\'m really desparated right now..........

what docs are required.
I have lost(my wife) I-94.
The lawyer says a photocopy would be OK to submit while getting i-551 stamp after 485 approval.
does anyone know on this?
 
jony lever, no have not done stamping yet. the lawyer is sending me

the originals by fedex. waiting for them to come. i am hoping to do stamping by end of this week. The courtesy copy says to bring the following:
1. Passport with I-94
2. EAD and approval notices
3. 2 Passport size photos

I am planning to take the AP\'S as well just in case along with H1 notices etc. Your wife has the passport and only the I-94 card is missing?

her passport was lost..but we got duplicate one from indian consulate in sfo.
the lawyer says you can get I-94 by filing I-102 but will take very long
and is not mandatory given pending AOS status..he says I-94 copy should suffice...
anyone has any idea?? similar situation??

can you call your lawyer and check if photocopy of I-94 is OK for stamping?
my lawyer says it is OK.
my situation..485 filed in may, i-94 /passport lost in end of sept.
got duplicate passport.
if it is double confirmed, i will be at peace!

Any approvals for the people

waiting with FP received and pending reveiw message since Nov 16th.
I am on the waiting list for 485 approvals, my RD 6/21, ND 8/22, AP 9/29), EAD(11/29), FP did on 11/2(scheduled for 11/29).
 
I am getting frustrated..

....by seeing old MARCH-APRIL 2001 cases stil getting approvals.
How many grey hair I need to grow before I start seeing some May 2001 approvals.

Damn it. Nobody even joke around in here.
