know if case is assigned to officer or not?
do they check online(by our WAC#) or what?
anybody has any idea.
Because, IIOs also give conflicting answers, sometimes saying that case is assigned and sometimes they
say it is queued up.
how do they know this?
if someone, who happens to call IIO, if he/she can verify it , that will be benificial for all.
