I am currently in University so earning quite low currently to sponsor financially for my parents, however my uncle have approved on filing as a joint sponsor. My question goes as:
Being a petitioner, what sort of information should I put on 864 with respect to questions 8 and 9 in Part 3which ask's I am sponsoring the principle immigrant named in Part 2 above. This is a bit confusing, as in paper's I am sponsoring, but financially my uncle is sponsoring, so do I leave this content blank, or fill that and also ask my uncle to fill that?
This is the only confusion I am facing currently with in terms of i864. Could anyone enlighten me in this?
