Hi,

From the discussion so far, I have seen that if spouse wants to come 1 month after I come back there is no problem and no need to mention it in DS 230 part 1 form (item 21).

But what happens within this one month if I loose the job and join another employer..

Does it create any problem in joining me? Does immigration officer at POE verifies my job at GC company???

Not sure you don\'t need to mention that fact on DS230 P2. In any case, you need to get 2 IV packets so your wife can enter US alone. He/She has 6 months to do so after interview.

Primary\'s status upon POE is PR and that will not change unless revoked by INS after due proceedings. That means that if primary looses job after DOE he is most likely to retain PR status. Certainly, nothing can happen (and nothing much can) immediately.

In clean case where primary had undisputed intent to work for his sponsor at time of interview he will be safe and so will be spouse.

Is there anyone who went through same thing? Or anyone whose spouse join after primary applicant? what kind of question they asked at POE?

They may or may not ask banal questions like "who is your spouse" / "when/where did you get married" / "who is your spouse\'s employer".
Good chance for no questions.
Note that there is, as for any non-citizen including GC holders, a risk of not being admitted, but this usually has to do with prolonged stay, apparent fraud etc. Nobody is going to call employer or anything of this kind.
