Joining a client as perm after 180 days

Hello,

I was suddenly asked by my client to join as perm or quit the project but the good thing is that my client is ready to wait till I complete my 180 days since the I-485 was filed.

Are there any risk if I join the client as perm... FYI my parent company is ready to release me without no objection or problem.
