It seems TSC has moved faster from middle July. another approval from IMMITRACKER.com, Almostthere: ND 1/26/01 FP 3/28/02 AD 7/12/02. Hope TSC can repeat what we saw in April 2002.

Recently we have seen probably over half of the approvals with case details not originally in the Tracker. The approval rate for cases in the Tracker is really low. Many veterans, such as Freeworld, Qixinzuo, Myp3UK and Longwait2, should have been approved.

Really hope TSC can move at least two times faster.

I pre-see I will be out of work pretty soon, in about one month, barely surpass the 180 days. What's the chance I can still get GC done in case I were in unemployment for a long time? or in the case of getting a new job nothing to do with the first one? When doing FP, do they need anything from employer? How do I handle the lawyer contracted with my previous employer?...Thanks!

EB1, ND 02/02, No FP, Own EAD still in process (filed on end of May).
 
You are safe if you do not get RFE, no transfer to local,

and the lawyer does not do anything. You are safe if you can find a similar job.

Only FP notice and Driber's License are required for FP.

I do not know how to deal with the company lawyer.
