I just wanted to bring to the attention of all that the company by the name of Johnson Control based in Milwaukee is a big fraud, last week they have laid of all H-1/bs 98% Indian giving them the crap of slowness in the economy and this week they got more people from other contracting house not Indians some others...the reason I know that I was interviewed but never told to come as a contractor through this company...I personally knew people with kids and families promised and shown false dreams and when they were comfortable they let them go ...I was asked to give 10 thousand dollar to retain job and last year my total salary was 45K and I told the manager give me gurantee that u will not lay me off and will sponsor me for GC but was told that no gurantees....so I am out of work but what can u do ... I left a very good job after school in Bombay to come here but now I regret ...bz being on H-1/b is difficult and no body likes us thats what I say ...even last years, every friday was my last day and stayed in stress most of the time ...
We come here to live a better life but some how looks the entire story of H-1/b is a big lie ... we are 21 century slaves for companies who abuse us on regular basis and at times throws us as trash ..... I have totally made up my mind that I will go and work in India which is my home although it is less but its our country than living in this country like day to day basis ....
This is my story and what I have seen in one year ....I dont know how many other people like me at out there.....if u like to share your story pl write here so that people know about companies
I would say that Johnson Control is a big retail house uses prodcuts from other vendors and sells to end clients on hefty margin.. I think we should stop using their product in India to teach them lesson...
Pl post your experiences about such companies so that beside Indian others are aware of it ...
