Can we do 2 jobs simultaneously

1 Job on h1b who sponsered the GC

2 Job using EAD for any other employer (Part time may be)

Pls share any exp.

-- If you use EAD you are not on H1 status
2 Job using EAD for any other employer (Part time may be)
--- you will not be on H1 status if you use EAD part time, you can use EAD for your employer and part time job. Once EAD is used by Primary H1B holder he/she is not on H1b status but if your spouse uses EAD and you don’t use EAD then you are on H1 or can be on H1 status
Once H1 holder uses EAD he /she has to enter US using AP while AOS still pending
