you have an option to consult your immigration attorney in regard of the worksite change. AC21 is not applicable in this situation (you continue being employed with the same employer), so your LC might bind you to your current worksite.
for what its worth. our case involves a change in job site with the same employer, where the LC stated the head office as work location. When the RFE came, the lawyer invoked AC21 anyway. It remains to be seen whether the CIS have questions on it, as we have not heard as yet.
Thanks Bitterman and Toonarmy. It looks like the case is more complicated than I thought. My LC was filed when I was working at a small site in LA area (I don't know if the working site on LC is headquater or not but our hq was in CT and now in MA) and we moved working site to another site in LA last year. I just sent an email to my lawyer.
