Hello Gurus:
My lawyer recommended to use title of "IT Consultant" when
I change my employer, this way he says I'll be safe if an RFE
were to be raised by BCIS, my lawyers point of view is - an "IT Consultant"
could be a S/W eng., Programmer Analyst, System Admin., SQA/SQE etc.
My point of view is,
1. IT consultant is not a specific job title, what if BCIS adjudicating officer
thinks it as a bogus title to fit any category? won't this complicate my GC
prospects if they dig deeper?
2. As per AC21 and I-485, GC is meant for a permanent position and 'IT
Consultant' does not sound like a full time position? though it may be a
permanent job, what are your thoughts?
Please post your response for the above issues.
Thanks...Rose
