Job Title in Perm Ads

Hello,

My job title in the company is Senior Software Engineer. But when the lawyer ran the ads for RIR/PERM, she removed the "Senior" and changed it to Software Engineer, with minimum requirement as Master + 0 yr experience.

She said it would cause less issues without "Senior" in the title. My original job requirement was Master + 3yr expereience, and she also advised we removed the 3 years experience requirement.

My question is whether or not "senior" in the job title is needed? Should I insist as Senior SW with the requirement of M+3yr?

Did you get the prevailing wages from the concerned SWA for PERM? if yes, long did it take and which swa??
