Job requirements in PERM Application

Hi

Can any one pls explain how the PERM is applied.

1) First the PERM application is applied online and got certified.Is this called the ETA 9088?

May I know if FORM ETA 9088 or 9089
will contain the Job requirements/responsibilities?(Like if the applicant should have BS or MS etc)

I don't know what a 9088 is. The 9089 is the PERM form.
