Job promotion

I have my I-140 approved with a job title of Manager. I recently got promoted as Sr. Manager, with more or less same responsibilities, but on a larger scale. I am in my 6th year of H1B. I will need to file for my H1B extension soon because of retrogression.

Please answer the questions below:

1. Will my H1 extension be filed as Sr. Manager or Manager? If it is filed as Sr. Manager, will that be a problem, given that my LC & I-140 is for Manager?

2. When I file for my 485 and subsequent GC interview, will my current title in the company create a problem?

Your H1 and I 140 are two different animal. H1 job title will not affect your LC/I 140.

But, you have not answered the first question. "Will my H1 extension be filed as Sr. Manager or Manager and why? My current H-1B job title is a Manager." Do you know it?
