Hi,

My lawyer just called me that the request for 30-days job offer (so-called Job Bank) was rejected Pennsylvania, Bucks county. Reason: unknown. My boss registered on line through: Commonwealth Workforce (www.cwds.state.pa.us)

Do you know if there is any other web site to put the 30-days job offer?

Thank you for your input.

There is no substitute for SWA job order you cannot place elsewhere, tell your employer or potential employer to fix this problem and run job order, this is mandatory recruitment effort part of PERM

Thank you for your answer.

I understand that the employer has to put SWA job order. There is no question in my mind about it. The issue is whether he has to use exactly this agency ( Commonwealth Workforce (www.cwds.state.pa.us) ) or there is any other agency?

If we talk about the newspaper, there is no exactly title of newspapers where the company can place an ad. And that's why my question is whether in PA the employer is obligated to use only Commonwealth Workforce or there is any other agency?

Thanks for your answers.

Yes, you have to use this agency, there is no other alternative, A job order in petitioner's state with State Workforce Agency (SWA) which in case in pennsylvania Commonwealth Workforce (www.cwds.state.pa.us) has to run for 30 days, regarding newspapers you have to pick one which has widest circulation
