Job Offer or no offer at all.

Hi all,

Can any one share ideas or experiences? I have these questions spinning in my empty head:

My wife is the DV winner but I might have a job offer made to me. Would this count? Or does the job offer have to be made only to the winner?

What would or could happen if we do not have any job offer or funds or sponsor?

I can for instance show letters from some employers just saying they are considering or reviewing my resume. Could this be used and accepted by the Consul?

Our interview will be in London and since we have a very very low number it seems it will come up soon.

Any help greatly appreciated!

As far as I know is a job offer an offer that is made in writing by the employer and not an emplorer who might consider to give you work....

You either need a HS diploma or have worked for the last 3 out of 5 yrs in a approved job from the list.

I am a green card winner of DV2010 (actually still not a winner I got only the ist NL so far). My wife and my son who is 19 years old can accompany me .

And my problem is my daughter is 23 years old . So I can't take her with three of us since she is 23 years .

I can't leave her in my country since my wife also going with me and staying in usa for few months to get activate her green card.

My problem is it is possible her to get a visit visa for 6 months to USA and come back with my wife after 6 months.

I'm so sorry to hear about your 23 yr old daughter...Isn't it ashame that people who have unmarried children whatever age they are, that they are not allowed to follow with them...
You have to talk to a lawyer and see if she can get a visa of whatever kind, there are many visa's out there otherwise she can come on a tourist visa and sty for 3 months and leave which is horrible if you live as a family. Good Luck!
