Job Market/TN Application

Hello,

I received a job offer from a U.S. company. I am worrying that my TN VISA application may be denied because the US job market is not very good now. Does anyone get TN VISA recently?

Nelson's right. They have no right to refuse your entry based on job market reasons.
Just prepare the right paperwork, remember TN is a non-immigrant status so that you'll tell them you would eventually go back to Canada, and you are all set.
They worst thing is you return to your starting point. Isn't it?
I am not trying to scare you, but I've heard someone made 7 consecutive TN attempts before, and the guy is now a US citizen. He never have to worry about the TN thing anymore.
