Hi, everyone

i will go for cp within a couple of months. my case is kinda risky. i had my l/c done in the east coast. before my 140 got approved, my company got bought and i moved to california with my new company. then my 140 got approved. can anyone tell me what can i do to increse the chance that i get passed at the interview? thx a lot...

It all depends on what language was used at the time of filing the LC.

In my case, my company had said ".....in the state of xyz and various other locations all over the US"

If such a wording was used in your case, you are fine.

Check with your attorney.
