Job description/title not matching with AC21

When changing jobs based on EAD (using AC21) does the job description has to match exactly? Does it matter if the job description filed with labor has a certain language skills requirement, say like C++, COM/ATL and the new job states something like C#, SQL. I have acquired the C#/SQL skills while working for the current employer who has filed the GC. In such case can I change job using AC21? The title for the GC is Software Engineer and the title at the new job is Sr. Software Engineer or Lead Software Engineer. Does this matter?

Are there any folks out there who have any experience in job change using EAD/AC21 and had different job descriptions and/or titles? It'll be nice if you could share your experiences.

Attending to Fellow

Ginnu, What about if I'm a physician who is planning to move to a fellowship position. My core duties won't change much.

Do you know any succesful case of EAD-AC21, I-485 approved after moving to a fellowship postion from a Facluty Attending postion?
(BTW, I do have full support of my employer and they even offered me a contract to come back)

Do you know any lawyer who drove a client through this process without painful regrets.

Thanks for your input on this issue.

Ginnu you are right, I guess duties is what they care about.
What I meant is that given that one only has experience in one's area, how can you get a very different job that you specialized for? The duties should match, unless you are doing soething completely different

ginnu another question.
The company i am working for is huge, in case USCIS try to contact them should I have them contact my direct supervisor or HR?
HR is not really aware of what we do at the branches (like which software we use etc). My direct supervisor is a Vice President and sometime hard to reach on the phone even for me, and I am his second in command.
Please advice
