Do they proccess the 485 application based on the job
codes, or the job code dies after it comes out of DOL, and does it go by EB #s , cos a friend of mine applied 485 in July 02 and got his 485 approved and stamped in July 03, actually just less than a year, surprising isn't it, He filed under EB2 @ NSC, did his fingerprinting in Dec 02, his file got transferred to milwakee some time in january 03, and got his approval and stamping in july 03, he is not in the software industry..

Any ideas..........
 
It's difficult to say what factors BCIS considers, but the most common ones are: EB category and RD. Applicants from NSEERs countries face additional scrutiny. I would be surprised if job codes are considered at the I485 stage.

I asked my attorney about what it take for my case to be transfered to any other service center, he says its it not in our hands, and the other thing Milwakee should be a part of NSC, cos he was call for an interview from NSC office.
