iam on Tn visa working in an company A n i got a offer from another company B, so what should i do ?
do i need a new TN visa if so than wether i have to go to port of entry top get new Tn or any possibility of E filing. since my wife has deliverd a baby recently so jsut wondering if i can file new tn by mail.
any advice is highly appreciated.

You will need another TN for your new employer. You can file it from within the US (by filing I-129 for you and I-539 for your dependents, if their TDs are expiring).

Given the prohibitive cost of filing an I-129 ($1300 to get it in 2 weeks; $300 in 4 months), I would suggest you go to the border.

Your spouse does not need a new TD at athis time, as hers will still be valid based on you having anyTN, so she does not need to come with you at this time. Your dependants will only need new TDs (or at least file for new TDs) before their current I-94 expires.
