Job Change

Hello everyone,
I have filed my 485 in August 2002 and waiting for approval.My company has reduced my salary twice in last 6 months.If I get an RFE,will the change in salary affect my GC processing.Can I change Job now to another company(from salaried to hourly rate).Please let me know.Thanks

---No, the LC salary is supposed to be paid after I-485 approval
Can I change Job now to another company
------ yes, and new employer should be ready to give you letter of future permanent job offer any time when you want to update USCIS or reply RFE and the letter should have same skills as on approved LC
