Job change while self-petitoned NIW petition

Opinions regarding the following situation is welcome.

Self-petitioned NIW approved. Biomedical researcher (Ph.D.+ postdoc exper.)
I140 petition filed while I was working for a non-profit employer (reputed
medical research institution) on AIDS virus research. Changed job while
I140 was pending. New employer is a privately-held biotech company.
The job title is scientist and responsibility is to do research on
Hepatitis virus.

What kind of problems, if any, I might encounter during my I485 AOS stage?
