I feel it may be the case with majority of people who filed in NIW catagory. Due to retrogression the priority dates moved back to several years and chances of becoming it current in very near future are hard to guess. Also, as the lot of applicants in this catagory are holding post doc positions, the length of which is mainly dictated by the time frame of funding. I am going to be in a situation soon that my funding for project will expire sometime mid of this year and therefore the position as well. So, to maintain a status i need to find an employer, which in my case would be mendatory. What kind of jobs should i look for, and how will this change in position could affect my case as i don't seems to have too many choices other than finding new position.
