Job change - TN Transition questions from old to new.

How would we stage old to new TN in two/three weeks?

Day 1 New TN approved, Old TN valid (CBP hands old & new I94 back to petitioner)
Day 2 Resign old position with two weeks notice.
Day 15 Start new position on new TN (What do we do with old I94?)

Nothing needs to be done with old I-94. keep it for your records.
Give copy of new I-94 to your new employer.

I am planning this for Feb '22 end and mostly will go to Sarnia / Ambassador bridge . All previous TNs were from Lewiston,NY with no issues.
